Cox & Palmer Partner, Michael E. Dunphy, QC, was recently inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.  Founded in 1950, the College is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada.

Mike is frequently recognized for his work in insurance defence and commercial litigation. He is a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers. This recent honour further reflects his dedication to the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism and to the practice of law.

Mike joins four other current partners of our firm, John Barry (NB), David Hashey (NB), Charles Whelly (NB) and Thomas O’Reilly (NL), who previously have been inducted into the College.
