Loss or damage attributable to criminal acts or the insured’s intentional fault: What is the state of things?

On January 16, 2013, the Court of Appeal rendered a judgment in the case of Place Biermans Inc. et al. v. C.D. and AXA Insurance Inc. where it clearly indicated that the predictability of a fire in a neighbouring building may result in the application of the exclusion due to intentional fault on the part of the insured party.
