Blaneys partner Stephen Moore recently had a successful result in the Meady v Greyhound trial held in Thunder Bay, Ontario.  he action as against the OPP and Greyhound was dismissed and the counsel for the plaintiffs has announced that the plaintiffs will appeal. The actual damages awarded were approximately $636,000 plus interest. The trial was conducted over some five and one half months and the court sat for some 63 days to hear evidence and submissions. Read more.
