McDonald v. John/Jane Doe., 2015 ONSC 2607 – This was a motion for summary judgment brought by the defendant insurer on the basis that there was no issue requiring a trial on the matter of liability of an unidentified owner and driver in this motor vehicle case. Ultimately the motion was dismissed.
