Hayman v. Criddle, 2010 SKQB 94: Court has inherent jurisdiction to order Plaintiff to attend neuropsychological examination

The Court ordered a Plaintiff who was alleging a brain injury to submit to an examination before a neuropsychologist selected by the Defendant. While the application legislation did not provide for such an examination, the court has inherent jurisdiction to order it. The fact that the expert was retained by the Defence does not mean he lacks independence.
