Plaintiffs sued chartered accountants alleging negligence and breach of contract by setting up the Plaintiffs’ business venture in Romania as a corporate structure rather than a partnership. The Trial Judge found that the Plaintiffs expected to make significant profits and that, from a tax planning perspective, therefore, the corporate structure proposed by the Defendants was appropriate. Appeal by Plaintiffs dismissed. Quinney v Orr.
